Commonly known as Food Processing Sector Skill Council, FICSI (Food Industry Capacity and Skill Initiative), a non-profit industry, which is run by FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and industry). The main objective of FICSI is- “Creating a robust and vibrant eco-system for quality education and skill development in the Food Processing Sector in the country.” It lays emphasis on the skill development of ST/SC, Differently Abled, and people in minority groups. To Prepare well, candidates are advised to attempt Food Industry Capacity and Skill Initiative question papers.

Training Centers: FICSI
The total number of training centers is 12 that is affiliated with the training programme all over India. Most of the training centers are valid up to 2018. They provide regular certified courses.
