Affiliation trainer. I want to apply for TOT exam.

I want to apply for TOT exam. I filled the registration form then completed the authentication step. They send me a OTP in my mail. During payment there is some error.... After that when i tried to fill it again it's saying adhar number already registered...... In latest update http://www.tsscindia.com/latestupdatedetails?id=0 Its says that pay the fee in given account number.... But they didn't provide me any registration id or password. If i pay the fee in there provided account number how they come to know that it's me....? I filled many online exam forms before. But they provide a registration number. But in this case there is no such thing. So, if i pay the after that what should i do? Because it's saying adhar number is already used. And the account number they provided any one can send money to it..... Pleas tell me steps in details.
