But this part of hiring is for Technical support process. If you are a fresher or experience around a year. You are the Ideal one for this process. br /If you form the technical background and want to be in the IT services. You need to be a part of the support.br /The process involves 4 Rounds - br /1. Basic HR Round - This is a normal introduction round, Try to be the best of your soft skills.br /2. Basic Technical Round - It would include some basic technical queries about computers and laptops. br /3. Versant Round - It will be telephonic round or you can say a Robotic one.
