Selection Process:br /The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 3 rounds. These rounds are as follows:br /Written Exambr /Technical Interviewbr /HR Interviewbr /Academic Criteria:br /65 percent or above in B.Tech , Class X and XII.br /No backlogs at the time of interviewbr /br /Pattern of Written Exam:The IBM Test Pattern consists of the following sections:br /Sectionbr /No. Of Questionsbr /Time Limitbr /No.Seriesbr /18br /36-38 minsbr /Quantbr /18br /36-38 minsbr /Eng Lang + Grammarbr /22br /20 minsbr /strongTotal/strongbr /strong58/strongbr /strong100 mins/strongbr /The total time allotted to the written exam is 100 minutes. There is strongno negative marking/strong in the paperbr /strongVerbal Ability/strong section consists of short reading comprehension passages, basic grammar usage questions like fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, paragraph completion, sentence correction, vocabulary, sentence ordering etc. The time allotted to this section is 20 minutes.br /strongNumber series & Quantitative Ability /strongsection consists of 18 questions each based on topics like series, algebra, time & work, time, speed & distance, arithmetic, percentages, probability, permutation & combination, profit & loss, HCF, LCM, geometry, etc. This section is of moderate level. The time allotted per question in this section is about 2 minutes.br /Overall the level of the paper is strongmoderate to difficult/strong. Only those candidates who clear the written exam will qualify for the next round.br /strong*The Company reserves the right to make changes in the written exam./strong

IBM pattern is 18 questions number series ,18 questions quantatide and 22 questions verbal .but sometimes they ask different type question in verbal when they need less candidate I attend IBM test 18 SEP 2017

IBM selection process depends on the profile of profile is GBS then Number series 18 questions and Business communication skills 22 questions and selected student will face the technical and HR interview. For the profile of GTS their is quant with 18 questions and pesonal skills test 40 questions in 20 min and selected students will face the technical and HR interview.
