• Mindtree is considered to have a very good work culture, though its reimbursement structure is not very attractive when compared to some other industries. But as a fresher you are more passionate for the kind of work you are pursuing rather than compensation. So I believe that although they may lack in the compensation structure but they can give a very good foundation for your future.br /In fact, if you worked in a learning atmosphere than salary becomes secondary. It is a field where everyone wants multi tasking and performers. Here in Mindtree, you can grow yourself as a person as well as professional. If you get an opportunity here you must go with it because you will surely learn something new. And sky is the limit for the learners and if you are one of them than it is a perfect place for u.
