These rounds are as follows:br /1.Written Exambr /2.Group Discussionbr /3.Technical/HR Interviewbr /br /strongAcademic Criteria:/strongbr /60 percent throughout (Class X , XII and Graduation).br /Education gap of not more than one year.br /br /strongPattern of Written Exam: /strongbr /br / strong Section /strong strongNo. of Questions/strongbr /Quantitative Aptitude 16br /Reasoning 16br /strongTotal 32/strongbr /br /Time allotted for the written exam is 50 minutes. strongThere is no negative marking/strong. Overall the level of exam was easy to moderate.br /br /strongQuantitative Aptitude/strong section checks the reasoning skills of the candidates. The section consists of data interpretation and logical reasoning questions. Questions are based on topics such as puzzles, graphs, charts, tables, etc. In general, the section’s difficulty level varies from moderate to difficult.br /br /strongLogical Reasoning/strong section checks the reasoning skills of the candidates. It consists of questions from age,syllogisms, blood relations directions etc.br /Only those candidates who clear the written exam qualify for the next round.*The company reserves the right to make changes in the written exam.
