Does the cutoff for various ranks vary in different states UPSC exam ?

Different states conduct their exams separately. In my opinion the cutoff varies for different states.

• Yaa.. ofcourse ..br /The cutoff depends on the question patterns and its level (i.e. easy, normal or hard).br /It also depends on the no. of aspirants and the no. of vacancy. So, prepare yourself and All the Best !!!
