Hlo Akash,the eligibility criteria for GRE is as follows:there is no eligibility other than that the aspirant should have a document to prove his or her identity. Documents like passport could help clear this eligibility.
Other than this, the aspirant has to fill the form for GRE and the application fee is $205 US which is around 14000 INR. Aspirant should also have fluent English as GRE exam is mostly dependent on English.
