On A CTC basis, Railways pay is better. 
On a workload basis banks are better. 
Work content,  especially variety - Railways wins hand down. 
So take your pick - I do not consider any job to be better or worse than any other - I respect then all. 
However there is a thing called personal preference and that should take priority over EVERYTHING else.
