practice as much as u can scrap ncert just revise formula and just start practicing as much as u can whatever book just try to solve and increase your speed

for physics especially you have to be first both physically and mentally prepared because this subject calls for regular practice and if you remain continuous then you can score max. in it but remember never ever, ever ever leave physics by side of not completion

To study physics Start by reading NCERT textbooks and Memorise the formulae properly and in last I also recommend to buy a previous year physics question book by arihant publications where they give chapter wise questions of all medical exams..and after these books u should try the objective questions through this site from where you can check your level of solving the question in a limited time...
