For Biology you should refer Trueman’s Biology Vol. 1 & 2
For Physics you should refer NCERT Physics: CBSE PMT by Anil Aggarwal (Set of 3 Volumes)
For Chemistry you should refer Modern ABC of Chemistry for Class 11th & 12th (Vol. 1 & 2)
And at last just Read your NCERT thorughly first then refers to other books clear your basic concepts
