Eligibility:
1.      To appear in your minimum age must be 17 years.
2.      The candidate must have at least 60% in 10th and 12th standard.
3.      Must be from medical background.
The application fee is
a)      For Gen- 1500/-
b)      For SC/ST- 1200/-
