how they select new candidates? direct interview?

Rahul for new candidates they generally conduct placement exam every year. It is off and on campus placement. Freshers and non-fresher both can appear in the exam. For few specific posts, there is direct hiring process but not for every post. In this company, they have 2 major rounds for the hiring:
·         Written exam
·         HR interview
After qualifying in these two rounds, you will get your dream job in this company.
