In AoN hewitt, they conduct written test first. After short listing the candidates in written examination they called for the Personal Interview round. The last round is HR round. This round is the trickiest as well as important step. First impression is the last impression; you have to prove this quotation here. So, basically there are 3 major rounds in this leading organization:br /br /- Written Testbr /- Personal Interviewbr /- HR Interviewbr /br /If you successfully qualified these 3 steps then surely you will get your dream job in this company.
