 Customer care voice senior representatives and Technical Support Associate’s are the posts in which your good communication skills become the parameter of judgment.  For Customer care voice representative’s post, your communication skills should be excellent. If you have outstanding command over English language than you can live peacefully because this particular skill will take you long.
Technical Support Associate’s post, you can directly visit there to attend the Walk-in. In walk-in, you will have to clear face-to-face interview. While, for the post of Customer care voice senior representatives there is no walk-in. You have to apply first. After getting shortlisted, you have to face personal interview or face-to-face interview round.
In both interview’s, they will check your language efficiency and your quickness. In fact, it will be a test of your communication skills.
