Process Developer identifies improvement areas within our planning, SCM and operation. Typical duties/responsibilities may include the following:
1. Develop logistics process between external hub and ABB
2. Develop internal material flow and establish designed flow by JMAC
3. Develop IT tools and communication with external hub
4. Establish KPI:s for logistic process
5. Implement It-tools like E-hub, ASCC, QW, etc.
6. Align with SEROP for processes in production and SCM
7. Align with SEROP for KPI:s in production and SCM
8. Drive project and implement processes for external hub and VMI in US factory
9. Analyze local processes and identify improvement areas
10. Prepare and present data and analyzes for management decisions
11. Project manage local improvement projects
12. Sub project manage
13. Improvements will be measured through sets of KPI’s per project requirements
