Many companies conduct HR and Technical round together, IBM also do the same?

• Yes, many companies follow this trend but IBM is not among those companies. They conduct separate sessions to judge the candidates. Sometime, they ask some technical question in HR round but generally they tried to avoid this trend. They test the technical knowledge in technical round normally.
