IBM Recruitment has three steps. The written exam is of 58 questions with the time duration of 96 minutes. The level of the exam is moderate. The steps are:
Written Exam: This exam tests quantitative ability, number series and verbal language.
Technical Interview
HR Interview
Syllabus
Quantitative ability & Number series - This section consist of 18 questions each and the time durability is the 38 minutes each. It includes questions from Algebra, Permutation & combination, Profit & loss, simplification, Time & work, Data interpretation, Data suffeciency, Number system, Progressions.
Verbal - This section has 22 questions and the time durability is 20 minutes. It includes synonyms, antonyms, Direct & indirect peech, Spellings , Para jumbles, Spellings, Error spotting, Phrase replacement.
