MINDTREE PLACEMENT PAPER Mindtree limited is world's leading IT and outsourcing company. It is based in India and the US, established on 5th August 1999.
The company aims for digital transformation by extending business strategies and technological services to multinational companies.
It extends services in the fields of business management, analytics, consultation, digital business, infrastructure services and product engineering. Mindtree hires technical graduates through either campus recruitment and AMCAT exam.
The level of the exam lies between moderate to difficult.
ELIGIBILITY-
The candidate must have achieved 60% in aggregate throughout 10th, 12th, and graduation (B.Tech, BCA ,MCA ).
The candidate must not have any backlogs at the time of applying.
The candidate must have good communication and oral skills.
EXAM PATTERN-
Mindtree Placement process hires employers through campus recruitment or AMCAT exam. However, the hiring process has three major rounds which are as follows:
Round 1 is Online Test
Round 2 is Technical Interview
Round 3 is HR Interview
The online test has 4 sections that are as follows:
Section 1 is English
Section 2 is Quantitative
Section 3 is Logical Reasoning
Section 4 is Coding
There are 95 minutes for the first three sections with 74 questions in all. For the coding test, only 2 questions need to be attempted in 45 minutes. In total, the duration of online test is 140 minutes. The level of exam lies between moderate to diificult
TIPS AND TRICKS Candidates must attempt all the questions, as there is no negative marking.
One must attempt previous years' papers and practice papers to know of the exam pattern.
One must go through technical and HR previous interview questions to prepare well for those rounds.
Candidates must have good verbal communication skills.
Mindtree holds qualification eligiblity limits thus one must check with that before applying.
Being a highly aspired company, the level of the exam usually lies between moderate and difficult. Thus candidates must have an idea of the previously asked questions to prepare well.
