It is depends upon the vacancy you are applying for. Well! There is some common criteria has been decided by the companies like Mindtree. They want candidates with the Minimum age of 18 and maximum age of 30. It is as per the rules. It for fresher level you can say.
For senior level recruitment, there are some different rules. For them you have to be up to date with the Mindtree’s regular updates.
