INTRODUCTION
Mphasis (a leading IT solutions provider) uses integrated cloud and cognitive technology to enable clients in digital transformation. ELIGIBILITY
Candidate must be an Indian citizen. The candidate should have completed their graduation in any stream from a recognized institution. The candidate should possess the graduation certificate at the time of exam and interview. The candidate should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from the 10th class, intermediate and the graduation. This percentage is reduced to 55% for Maharashtra candidates. Candidates should make sure that you have no current backlogs while attending the interview. Candidates having any backlogs are not eligible to attend the interview.
EXAM PATTERN
MPHASIS consists of 4 rounds-
1. Written test
The written test is in online mode. The exam will be of 20 marks. The exam will consist of 90 questions. There is no sectional timing. The exam will be of 110 minutes. There is no sectional cut off. There is no negative marking. The medium of the questions will be English. The exam will be divided into four parts which are Quantitative aptitude, Verbal ability, Logical reasoning, computer programming. The format will be MCQ.
2. Coding test
After you have cleared your test the next round is coding test. It usually consists of 2 programming questions. The candidate has the flexibility to code the program using C or C++ as per convenience.
3. Panel interview round
The final round will be panel interview. In this round the interrogation will be based on your introduction, resume, your skills, your technical background and your communication skills. To clear this round, you should be clear with your programming basics. HR will also be included in the panel interview.
TIPS AND TRICKS
· While preparing for the written test, the candidates should focus on attending as many aptitude questions within the limited time given.
· Candidates are advised to refer books such as Quantitative Aptitude by R.S. Agarwal, Verbal Reasoning by R.S. Agarwal, etc. which aids them to perform well for the written test. One can easily solve this section by practicing and updating knowledge.
· Practicing with previous year question papers will help the aspirants to get a fair idea regarding the test pattern.
· In the interview round, the candidates’ technical knowledge is analyzed.
· Apart from this, one’s communication skill, decision making proficiency and confidence level is also examined.
· While answering the questions, the candidates should try to show case their interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
