Reliance jio eligiblity criteria for experience professional

One of my friend have less than 60% in BE but he score 75% in M.Tech can he eligible for apply in any position in Jio? He had more than 11years of experience.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognized university/institution with 60% marks in aggregate. The candidate must not have education gap of more than 1 year. The candidate must have the knowledge about his/her concerned field.
