  • It is good, as all compliance to be done online. Initially it created some confusion but as time passes it will be more easy for businesses to comply.Initially it has created some glitches. Now It is in better form...Today the GDP is started to Grow. sensex has touched the level of 30000 to 34000. It is sign that the boom period is on the way.I personally feels in India, it is a great move though implemented poorly. It was introduced with good intentions like ease of doing business, simpler tax mechanism, lower cost of collection of tax, etc; but in order to persuade other states, it goes through many major alterations in the act has it has lost many of its features like simplicity (due to ambigious & unclarified provisions), cost of collection of tax (since the power to scrutinize cases lies with both central & state governement leading to more office cost).
