ceeb entrace based enquiry ,can i attend ceeb in this year

i completed my graduation in 2018 at that time i have a supplementry paper now i am cleared it ,but now i don't have my degree certificate ,i well get that in june 2019 ,can i apply  Ceeb exam in this this month  .  .
