Candidates seeking admission to B.Tech courses have to meet the prescribed KLEEE eligibility criteria for the programme to be considered for admission. Among the key eligibility criteria that candidates need to meet include that of the qualifying exam, minimum marks, and also subject combination.
· The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized institute. Candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) combination are eligible for admission to all B.Tech programmes, including Bio-Technology. Candidates belonging to Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) group are eligible for admission to B. Tech (Bio Technology) and B.Pharmacy. The candidate must score minimum 60% marks in aggregate in the three subjects taken together.
· In addition to meeting the previous eligibility criteria, the candidate also must have qualified in any of the exams to be considered for admission which include: KL Engineering Entrance Examination, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, Any state-level engineering entrance exam, including EAMCET.
· Candidates who have merit in sports/cultural activities may also be considered for direct admission.
