A, B and C can do a work in 36 days. A and B together can do twice as much work as C alone and A and C together can do thrice as much work as B alone. In how many days can alone C finish the work ?

  • 1 day work for (A+B+C) = 1/36 ............(ii)br /Now, (A+B) = 2C ..........................(i)br /br /From (i)and(ii): 3C = 1/36br /C = 1/108br /br /Thus, C takes 108 days to complete the whole work alone.
