Eligibility criteria for off campus selection

I m pursuing MCA(lateral entry) this is my 5th semester ...upto 3 to 4 th semester i got 58% aggregate upto 4th semester ..i want to ask you whaether i m able to gove offcampus selection right now or not.??? Is there any criteria for offcampus selection also???
