Which state should one fill the clerk application from? Native or residential?

The notification was very unclear in this front.

• strongThe Notification stated that Knowledge of local language will be an added qualification. It does not specify or forces you take the test from any specific state. You can take the test from wherever you want. You just have to make sure that you are familiar with the native language. You’ll have to take the test from one state only and in the interview they might interact with you in the local language./strong
