Hi madhu hope you are doing great is the detail about CLAT
EXAM NOTIFICATION:-It happens to take place every year and the graduate entrance takes place on the month of MAY and as per the PG COURSES it takes place at JANUARY.
THIS EXAM CONSISTS OF :-
a) ELEMENTARY MATHEMATICS- calculation alzebra, arithmetic, geometry, calculus that are taught to students to the level of secondary school standards. (20 MARKS)—5 marks each are assigned to either of the different subjects under elementary mathematics.
b) LOGICAL REASONING (50 MARKS)—3 types of reasoning is involved under this-
(1)DEDUCTIVE- It explains the study of meaning and truth and somewhat logically and mathematically connected. Eg- when it rains, the grass gets wet and therefore the grass is outside.
(2)ABDUCTIVE-It is related to science,truth and knowledge.
(3)INDUCTIVE- it is the process of finding truth, conclusion and predicting forecasting and pshycological behavior.
c) APTITUDE (40 MARKS)—is based on mathematical knowledge where one has to answer different questions by using tricks so that it is time saving and one can attempt all questions.He/she should be clear with his/her concepts.
d) ENGLISH COMPREHENSION (40 MARKS)--the comprehension passages,active & passive,direct and indirect speeches,prepositions, grammar and vocaboulary that has been taught starting from the day we first started reading to 12th standard.
e) GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & CURRENT AFFAIRS (50 MARKS)-- the learning behavior of any individual regarding different subjects to attain knowledge and applying this knowledge in the best way o achieve greater heights. Current affairs are the latest scenario and latest trends that are evaluating and getting updated day by day. The person aware of all current happenings whether its sociological, political, governments rules and policies or international business as well as technological is full of knowledge and is competent to be a part of any organization.
