More than 5+ years of work experience is a problem in campus placement?

If we are having more than 5 years of work experience in IT and if we want to do full time MBA in HR from XLRI. Is there amy hurdle during campus placements?

I dont know about the Hurdles during Placement after doing MBA HR But.. One thing i know about ur matter That is u can do MBA in HR .
