I have chosen the plan for the mock test ...but the mock tests are still locked

I had applied for the 30 days subscription for the mock test drive but still except mock test1 all the rest are closed..when will get open ?...Please provide me the details as I have paid the money...so please give me the solid reason being the question & do open the rest of the mock tests
