Hlo Akash,the eligibility criteria for GRE is as follows:there is no eligibility other than that the aspirant should have a document to prove his or her identity. Documents like passport could help clear this eligibility.br /Other than this, the aspirant has to fill the form for GRE and the application fee is $205 US which is around 14000 INR.
