can anyone tell me what is difference between kinetochore and centromeres

and kinetosome too

• kinetochore is a secondary construction,centromere is a primary construction

• centromere are the structure on which 2 kinetochore are present kinetochore are for attachment of spindle fibres $ centromere are for attachment of chromatids

• kinetochore is pair of plate like stru on centromere which help in joining two chromatid and kinetochore give place for attachment of spinal fibre thereby segregation occur in anaphase.
