What are the difference between Railway and Bank Jobs

• On A CTC basis, Railways pay is better. br /On a workload basis banks are better. br /Work content,  especially variety - Railways wins hand down. br /So take your pick - I do not consider any job to be better or worse than any other - I respect then all. br /However there is a thing called personal preference and that should take priority over EVERYTHING else.
