AILET 2018 Eligibility Criteria
AILET 2018 eligibility criteria are different for varied law courses offered by National Law University, Delhi. Candidates must check the conditions before filling the application form to ensure that they don’t make any mistake.
B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)- Five-Year Programme:
Eligibility: Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2) or equivalent examination in any discipline with 50% marks. Students appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2017 can also apply.
Age: Applicants should be below 20 years as on 1 July 2018 (23 years in case of SC/ST candidates).
Class 12th appearing candidates are also allowed to apply for the exam.
LL.M. (One year):
Eligibility: Aspirants should complete LL.B. or an equivalent degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability). The candidates appearing in final LL.B. examination in April/May, 2017 can also apply.
Candidates appearing in final year exam of LL.B are also eligible to register for AILET 2018 exam.
Total Seats: 20 + 5 seats for Foreign Nationals
Ph.D Programme:
Eligibility: Applicants having LL.M. Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability) are eligible for the examination.
