IBM’s selection process is very simple as like other IT companies. This is also said to be a IBM placement process. The IBM recruitment process has three rounds.br /-Written Test [Verbal ability, Aptitude]br /-Technical Interviewbr /-HR Interviewbr /But now-a-days 2 more rounds are included into this placement process. They are,br /-Essay writingbr /-Group Discussions.

The selection process generally consist of four rounds:br /Written Test: As usual like a normal aptitude, quant exambr /Programming Round: Given a problem, write the code, execute it, get the solution.br /Technical Interview: Normally some more programming concepts, about final year project etc.br /HR Interview: Tell me about yourself, salary expectation, relocation plans etc.br /Some simplest programs that one can prepare are,br /WAP to print next to the last word of a sentence, WAP to remove the vowels from the input string, WAP to convert uppercase to lower case and vice versa of a given string or sentence, WAP to print the desired character from string, WAP to reverse a string etc.
