Mindtree hires technical graduates through either campus recruitment and AMCAT exam.br / The level of the exam lies between moderate to difficult.br /strongELIGIBILITY/strong- br /The candidate must have achieved 60% in aggregate throughout 10th, 12th, and graduation (B.Tech, BCA ,MCA ).br /The candidate must not have any backlogs at the time of applying.br /The candidate must have good communication and oral skills.br /strongEXAM PATTERN/strong-br /Mindtree Placement process hires employers through campus recruitment or AMCAT exam. However, the hiring process has three major rounds which are as follows:br /Round 1 is Online Testbr /Round 2 is Technical Interviewbr /Round 3 is HR Interview br /The online test has 4 sections that are as follows:br /Section 1 is Englishbr /Section 2 is Quantitativebr /Section 3 is Logical Reasoningbr /Section 4 is Codingbr /There are 95 minutes for the first three sections with 74 questions in all. For the coding test, only 2 questions need to be attempted in 45 minutes. In total, the duration of online test is 140 minutes.
