eligibility critertion-br /A candidate needs to qualify 10+2 with Senior Secondary System or equivalent examination from a recognized boardbr /Candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in his/her qualifying degreebr /There is no age bar to appear in AILET 2019 as per the Supreme Court’s stay on age bar in 2017.br /br /Qualification and Age bar for LLM-br /br /Candidates appearing in AILET 2019 to seek admission in the postgraduate law programmes need to take a glance at the eligibility criteria of AILET 2019 for LLM programme mentioned here -br /A candidates needs to possess a LLB degree from any recognized university recognized by Bar Council of Indiabr /The law applicant should have scored at least 55 percent marks in the qualifying degreebr /For the candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/PwD), the university gives 5 percent relaxation and they need to score 50 percent in their qualifying degreebr /There is no age bar to appear in AILET 2019 to seek admission into the postgraduate law programmes.

Those who are appearing for 10+2 examination will also be considered eligible for the NLU Delhi BA LLB applications, subjected to the fulfilment of minimum percentage as mentioned above. The applicants who are appearing in the final year of LL.B or equivalent law degree examination can be deemed fit for applying for LL.M programmes, provided they secure minimum percentage of marks as mentioned.
