for n=6 and p orbital it would be 6p abd it has 3 orbitals of m=0 m=1 m=-1 hence in m=0 there can be max 2e-

OK just go through electronic configuration. 2p,3p,4p,5p can be found before n=6&l=0 that is 6s. so 4 p orbitals of each contains 6electron,so 4*6=24
