But as a fresher you are more passionate for the kind of work you are pursuing rather than compensation. So I believe that although they may lack in the compensation structure but they can give a very good foundation for your future.br /In fact, if you worked in a learning atmosphere than salary becomes secondary. It is a field where everyone wants multi tasking and performers. Here in Mindtree, you can grow yourself as a person as well as professional.
