  • There are different rounds for the examination. Like: Group discussion, Aptitude Test, Technical Round,and HR round depends on them.

All such posts to be filled are duly notified through press advertisements, Company’s website, Company Notice Boards, Central Govt. /State Govt./PSUs where suitable candidates with the required expertise are expected to be available, etc. to ensure wide coverage.br /The magnitude of Executive Manpower requirements along with the imperatives of highly sophisticated technical and professional know-how, necessitates induction of fresh graduates in different disciplines. To meet this requirement, NTPC has an exclusive Executive Trainee (ET) Recruitment Scheme, under which we hire young and fresh graduates in three areas-- Engineering Executive Trainees, Finance Executive Trainees & HR Executive Trainees. Assistant Chemist trainees are also hired in the area of Chemistry under this scheme.br /NTPC has been hiring Engineering ETs every year, since its inception. Currently, Engineering ETs are hired through GATE results followed by a combination of aptitude/behavioral tests, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. In other areas, trainees are hired through All-India selection tests followed by Group Discussion and Interview. In addition to these, any other selection test/tool, as deemed fit /appropriate by the management is introduced from time to time.

  • Ashwini as far as my knowledge is concern about the other positions's recruitment, they conduct few major rounds for this. There will be 4 rounds:br /br /- Written exambr /- Group Discussionbr /- technical roundbr /- HR interview roundbr /br /In written, Paper 1 : Aptitude, General Awareness and Verbal Ability(50 questions) and Technical Ability(70 questions)(120 questions in 120 minutes)
